• Privacy Policy Statement

  We, SimulWifi SDN BHD (hereinafter refer to as “Simul”), pledge to meet fully the recognized standards of personal data privacy protection in complying with the requirements of the Malaysia Law. In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

• Personal Data Collection and Use

  Personal data you provide may include your name, telephone number, email address, address, flight details, identification number and personal information contained in Simul’s rental agreement(s), provisional agreement(s) for rental sales and purchase. Personal data collected or to be collected by us may be used for the following purposes:

  1. Processing orders for you in the rental/sale of Simul products & services which you have placed an order with Simul; and

  2. Marketing Simul’s products and services and/or sales related activities and providing you with information regarding rental, travel and lifestyle.

  Subject to the aforesaid, we will not use your personal data for any other purpose, unless such use is required or authorized by or under any enactment, by any rule of law or by an order of a court in Malaysia.

• Retention

  All personal data you provide will be retained in accordance with the Malaysia Law, guidelines that may be provided by applicable laws and regulations concerning the retention of such data or documents containing such data.

  All rental history, including payment records, will be retained by Simul for not more than 3 years after the rental order has been completed and closed.

• Security

  All personal data you provide will be restricted for access only by our staff who have a need to use the data for the purposes mentioned in paragraph 2 above and who have been trained to handle such data properly and to observe strict standards of confidentiality.

• Access and Correction

  If you wish to request access to and/or correction of your personal data held by us, you may do so in writing and attention to the Administration Manager, SimulWifi SDN BHD at L2-16, Level 2  Gateaway@ KLIA2, Terminal KLIA2, KL International Airport, Jalan KLIA 2/1, 64000 KLIA Sepang, Selangor
